BSG specializes in placing European Hospitality Management student interns at prestigious private clubs, plus fine hotels and resorts along the east coast of the US. By means of a J-1 cultural exchange program visa, students spend up to a year availing themselves of what is an exceptionally formative personal and professional opportunity.

For the clubs and hotels, having career-oriented students enhances the quality of their service teams.Significantly, the interns also add a distinctive flair that is warmly appreciated by the more affluent members and guests to whom such entities cater.

Our pairings are perfect! We carefully match each intern to the club or hotel that will result in success for everyone involved.

If you have the desire to learn more about the hospitality profession, the USA, and – most importantly – yourself, then we encourage you to embark on a totally unforgettable and life-changing year

BSG Interns is looking for a couple of exceptional people to join its dynamic team with training starting as early as February 2018. Successful applicants will join Kerry Smyth to help grow our ever expanding European office.

A boutique recruitment and placement firm of now considerable stature, it continues to be small in size, broad in scope; careful in growth, limitless in ambition…

Expansion for BSG has always been considered, in every respect.

Just because someone would be a good recruiter doesn’t mean they have the ability to continue the effectiveness that has become a hallmark of BSG. Key parts of that effectiveness lie in how proactive it is, and how attuned it is to the needs of student bodies and institutional leaders. Entrepreneurism is another utterly essential trait.

One of the available positions will continue growing the UK and Irish markets, the other would do so on the European continent. The new recruiters must be an alum of BSG's J1 programme.

If you feel you would be committed to this long term project and have the ability to travel alone & speak publicly, please let us know by sending an email to Rasheeda@bsginterns.com.
